Open Access Spray Drying Facility
Recently acquired by New Image Group, FoodWaikato (also New Zealand Food Innovation (Waikato) – NZFIW) is a bespoke dairy processing facility operating an open access spray drying plant at Melody Lane, on the Waikato Innovation Park campus at Ruakura.
Operating for the last 10yrs, FoodWaikato has had a long-standing relationship with New Image Group, facilitating as a back-up dryer to it’s NIG Nutritionals spray drying facility in Paerata.

His title is Kanohi-hou Kaitiaki (New Image Guardian).
